Answer: Yes we do. Please note that the credit card must be issued and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.
Answer: Because we only accept payment from cards with the Visa, Mastercard and American Express logos, the money is only taken when it is approved. The same as if you made a transaction at a local supermarket.
Answer: As shipments may incur customs fees depending on the which country you are live in, you are responsible for customs fees. For EU customers, 6% VAT is included in the price of the print.
Answer: We have chosen two standard sizes that will enable a lot of options for framing. Since we're from the land of IKEA, we've selected the 50 * 70 cm (19,7 * 27,6 inches) or 'Nordic' as default size. This means that if you have an IKEA around it's easy to grab a frame of your choice and hang your poster on the wall. The second choice is 'American' size - 18 * 24 inches.

Spelling mistakes or change requests are dealt with on individual basis.
Answer: IF anything would happen to your products during shipping, or any misshappens during the print and production we will always see to that you get a replacement poster or a full refund. User induced mistakes with the text on your product, such as but not limited to misspellings, language, phrasing is your responsibility. If something is wrong, let us know and we will handle every request individually.
Answer: Since we love our customers and always want you to be satisfied with our posters, Mapiful will compensate you for a fair market priced shipping alternative in the unlikely event of a requested product return.
Answer: This is really something we try our best to prevent by using the best shipping and delivery partners possible. However, sometimes accident do occur during shipping. Just send us a photo of the damaged poster, and the tube/package and we will produce and ship a new one.
