Please note that once 6 hours have passed or once you have confirmed your design, your order will be sent to print. Once your order is printed and handed over to the shipping company, you will not be able to cancel your order or make any further changes.
Make sure to check the table above for our holiday shipping cut-off dates. Our partners are extra busy this season, so we strongly suggest that you order your gifts early for a timely delivery and peace of mind!
Unfortunately, it is not possible to add a gift note to your order. We are aware that some customers would love to add an extra layer of personalization to their Mapiful thanks to a gift note, and we are working on finding the perfect solution to this.
Unfortunately we are not offering this option this holiday season. We have selected a more minimal, recyclable packaging as part of our goal to be more eco-friendly.
No! Your Mapiful does not come with a receipt inside the packaging. We are striving to be as eco-friendly as possible, which is why all information is sent via email. To make your holiday surprise perfect, we recommend you to NOT use the e-mail address of the receiver, but your own!
Unfortunately it’s not currently possible for us to send orders in separate packaging to different locations. We want to do our bit to be more eco-friendly this gifting season, and whilst we are not perfect at it yet, we are trying to do what we can to reduce excess packaging and waste.
