I need to make a change to my order
Please contact us asap for any changes you’d like to make. If your order hasn’t been printed yet, we’ll complete these changes for you!
In your request, please specify your order number and the changes you would like to make and we will try to fulfill them for you the best we can.
I didn’t receive my confirmation email
Enter either your order ID or email below, and we will send out your order details again. Make sure to check your spam folders and search for emails from us @mapiful.com
I want to track my order
Once we have printed and handed your order over to the shipping company we will email you the tracking number along with the shipping partner. You can also track your shipments here using your order ID number from your confirmation email.
My order arrived damaged, what now?
Please contact us via the button below. Include an image of the damaged product as well as the damaged packaging along with your order ID number and a short message letting us know if you would like a replacement or a refund for the damaged goods.
Can I return/exchange my order?

If you want to return your Mapiful poster hangers or frames, you can do so by sending it to the address shown on your product’s packaging, 1 of the 2 addresses will be seen and should be sent to:

Please note that right now we don’t offer free return labels and the costs for shipping the items back to us will need to be covered by you. If you choose to send your frames back to us please contact us here and attach an image of the receipt of delivery to receive a refund for your frame.
Unfortunately, due to the nature of our product, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for your prints, by law customized items are not entitled to a refund. If for any reason you aren’t happy with your print please submit a ticket via the request form below and we will help fix the issue the best we can.
